Project Management:
Oversee and manage all design matters including digital and print, fixing of details and errors. Operate on printers and plotters to fulfil daily orders to be packaged and shipped out. Involve in the decision making for all design matters including office machinery and also design-related softwares.

Graphic Design @ Wall Decals (IP Artwork):
Productise licensed artwork into printable wall decals designs, from artwork to shipping the product out to the US/EUR. Also involved in creating ad-hoc design work that includes logo design, social media visuals and website banners, as well as customised vinyl stickers.

Creating templates and artwork for new products, from creation to productising the artwork into ready-for-sale merchandises. Products include journal stickers, superbike accessories such as inner & outer rim stickers, tank pads, helmet stickers and also full body bike & large transportation truck stickers such as local Formula 1 racers & DHL. Involved in design, production & installation works.

Graphic Design:
Manage all design matters from conception to delivery. Create both digital and print designs upon Clients’ requests including event flyers, infographics, corporate materials, website banners, EDMs etc. Creating design materials and refining images using mostly Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.

Web Design & Development:
Design layouts and develop mobile-responsive WordPress websites from design ideas to layout and execution. Design wireframes and mockups using Balsamiq and Adobe XD. Work hand-in-hand with lead developers and manage multiple outsourced developers for in-depth UI decisions and development. Ability to read and configure with basic CSS/HTML language.

Management:
Involved in research & decision-making for all projects, software and hiring process. Manage clients and projects using tools such as Monday.com and other web-related software. Manage and review intern’s work to ensure high quality work is produced.

Visual & Graphic Design:
Design all graphic-related visuals for tonton’s website and social media platform including mastheads, EDMs, social media posts, etc. and provide input and assistance in managing campaigns on social media and digital buys.

POSM:
Conceptualise, design and create mockups for all tonton’s merchandise and products. Worked closely with copywriters, celebrity ambassadors, marketing and events team to design and deliver all collaterals for tonton’s projects and events (Backdrop, Flyers, Billboards, Portable Stand, etc.). Prepared mood boards and assisted in planning photoshoots to design original movie posters and linear channel logos for tonton’s movies and series, namely ‘Rhythm of Home’, ‘By My Side’, ‘Seekers Underground’, ‘Hijab Chic”, ‘iPet’, ‘It’s A Date’, etc.

Events & Marketing:
Assisted the events team during on-ground events like Karnival Jom Heboh and also designed event and marketing collaterals for ESL Dota Championship & Run For Your Lives Malaysia 2017. Attended and assisted in posting social media updates including recording of live-streaming of the event on social media platforms for Anugerah Juara Lagu 31.

Conducted comprehensive research to gather inspiration and explore source materials as well as various production methods. This involved a meticulous alignment with the overarching editorial strategy to ensure the development of compelling content through the integration of visual elements and design concepts.

My responsibilities extended to contributing innovative ideas and crafting visually appealing artworks for a diverse array of communication pieces including EDMs for the company’s newsletter, uniform design and door gifts for Dunhill’s DEFINE x Touch ‘n Go event.

Additionally, I collaborated seamlessly with cross-functional teams, learning to professionally engage across departments with copywriters, photographers, illustrators, and marketing specialists. This collaborative approach allowed for the successful execution of projects, as I provided valuable support and assistance to various personalities within the organization.
